Curriculum Vitae:
Research Interests:
My research interests include the study of human cognitive enhancement. In particular, how mechanisms of cognitive control can be improved my means of cognitive training or brain stimulation, in healthy humans. Given that “not one-size fits all” I pay special attention to individual differences that can modulate cognitive enhancement, by considering factors such as age, baseline capacities, motivation or mood. Furthermore, I approach the study of cognitive enhancement by combining behavioral measures and brain activity recording techniques, such as event-related potentials and brain oscillations.
